Downtown Transit Center Project
Driving Rochester Forward!
Opening November 28, 2014
The RTS Transit Center will transform the way people in the Rochester community use public
transportation. Its unique design, user-friendly features and amenities will provide convenience,
comfort and safety for customers who ride the bus to and from downtown Rochester each day.
The exterior portion of the project has moved at an incredible pace with the placement of precast
walls and roof panels. When the enclosure is fully complete in early 2014, work will accelerate on
the beautiful interior features of the Transit Center and the numerous customer amenities that the
facility will offer.
