SPECIFICATION BEST PRACTICES
Presentation will share specification best practices along with techniques and real-world examples to help you streamline controls specifications in a clear concise manner allowing for an easy-to-understand directive from design to install. Course topics include distinguishing CIN from SOO, Written Specification, Controls Zoning, One-Line Diagrams, Controls Schedules, and more.
Presented by Kristen Odell-Putnam – Kristen is the Northeast and Canadian Regional Sales Manager of Lighting Controls for Steinel America. She is proficient with Bluebeam and lighting controls design from her prior days at Vertex Solutions as the Lighting Controls Specialist. She also managed and assisted with lighting controls startups ranging from DMX, Dali and integrated building solutions. Her on-site experience has given her insight into end user needs, the complexity of the design intent, and how to transition that design into real world functionality.
